When I am in a low vibe, I exercise. I push myself as much as I can. The lower the vibe, the harder the push. When sweat starts coming out, everything changes all of a sudden. Works every time.

1. Remember low vibration is self-reinforcing. The world is mirroring you. It’s normal to attract more problems when you have one problem. Remember your vibrational state is always moving and changing, and you don’t ‘deserve’ bad things. You’re not being punished.
2. Stop whatever you’re doing and give yourself free reign to do whatever feels good. Try to pick something to do - it’s okay to take a nap or lie down if that’s what you need, but don’t sloth out all day. Ask yourself ‘what would I rather be doing?’ Go for a fun diversion.
3. Observe and appreciate the the positive things you start attracting. Things will suddenly start working out, you’ll feel better and start attracting more good things.

Love this Andrea, thanks 💗 and it totally works. I too love browsing a beautiful shop and admiring art, pattern, design - inspiring, beautiful, fun, escapism. And a deliberate, limited afternoon nap has worked wonders for me many times when I’ve been really low. A beautiful reset.

For three days, I had no work, and I flat-lined. I immediately did some deep meditation and plenty of affirmations. After that, I started soaring, earning hundreds of dollars at my job and being in a flow state. Now, I have nothing to do. After doing everything efficiently and quickly and getting paid, I'm back to my old reality. But you know what? I'm just going to do something fun and raise my vibration again! Maybe I'll learn a new software program, walk, or head to the gym. Who knows! I'll have to see what lights my fire!

The fastest way I've found to raise my vibe is to watch funny animal videos....or funny little kid videos. They always warm my heart and make me laugh, and laughter will raise your vibration faster than anything. 🙂

In 2017 my grandmother passed away about 10 days before Christmas. In 2019, me and my aunt were feeling down (around the Christmas season) and we forced ourselves to go to the local Christmas parade and had the time of our lives lol we made wonderful memories and got out of our "funk"

My mentor calls this horizontal thinking, when one negative thought or event leads to a gazillion negative thoughts or events. We must remember that we don't see the world as it is. We see the world as we are. Great video, as always, Andrea. ❤️‍🔥

Definitely noticed my vibration went low after i got sick! People annoying me all of a sudden, a nasty cough, dry cold weather, manifestations not occuring consistently!

This weekend I had relationship issues, which lowered me to my team losing a game while I was emotionally invested, my son had my truck and it broke down and I had to rescue him, my kids are now sick and I didn't get to visit my friends on Sunday like I do every Sunday, so yeah I needed this today lol.

Your advice is very good but it’s hard to focus on it because the music behind it distracting.
Suggestion: on your next video take it off. I’d rather just listen to your message

When I'm on low vibe at work feeling flustered with understanding an issue, I close my laptop and often get the urge for a coffee or a walk or sit in my garden or watch a YT video about my hobby and when I'm feeling my way up a higher vibe, I return to work it's so cool how my understanding of the issue unravels in my head leading me towards a solution ever so smoothly.

OMG you are so right thank you! About staying in the flow, I am a PhD student and when I felt tired or exhausted I usually just kept on going like a workaholic, day and night without stopping.. it was negative and my vibes got worse and worse. In zhe end I worked like more than 14 hours and at the end it was useless and I had to do it again. In that way, I just attracted more crap in some other life areas as well. When I'm tired now, I just go for a walk or whatever to stay in the flow and feel good. And then.. like magic the next day I work like 1 hour, and I produce more in 1 hour than I did in 14.. my vibes are very high than and good stuffs in other life areas come as well!! I definitely resonate, you are so incredibly right, now I understand why thanks to your explanation. And also.. the loa is just mirroring your inner state, thank you, got it now. Hugs from Germany

I do have a request: would you be willing to make a video applying your teachings to maybe fame! Whether that be YouTube success or becoming say, a famous singer. I think many of the tips you already shared are self explanatory, but my heart is really being called towards becoming a successful singer whose songs are heard by everyone around the world, in the hopes that it can be healing… but I have a hard time getting over the association with fame as being akin so manifesting say a million dollars.

In other words, it’s achievable yes, but takes a long time and is difficult.

Figured I would give it a shot and ask.

I always stop what I’m doing and I usually follow my instinct and do something else like shopping in the middle of the day.
