Simply using smelling salts isn’t unsafe, but your body is pretty much telling you not to put it in your mouth under any circumstances.

Never tried smelling salts before. But I imagine that the sensation would be very akin to the potential sensory whitenoise of opening a 30 year old bottle of cloudy ammonia after giving it a good shake. You could probably use a cuetip to swab (just the very tip) the lid of said bottle, then use a clean cuetip to swab the first cuetip to much the same effect as the salts.

Ammonia sucks all of the moisture out of things. I know people in industrial settings who have accidentally gotten a whiff and it basically paralyzed their lungs and you take a while to be able to breath again. It’s like having the wind knocked out of you

So for a really heavy one rep max, can I safely utilize smelling salts and some gorilla pre workout beforehand? Obviously pre workout way before the lift starts

is there a milder version for a regular use? I feel tired all the time...maybe cus I have low t but I feel sleepy during the day...this sounds like a good way to get that boost but could he too much for daily use
