Thank you so much! After having a Thanksgiving menu right out of 1970, at the request of my 97-year-old mother, my son thought we should do something new for Christmas. The prime rib may be the ticket. But next I'm trying to plan a menu for Solstice. Seems winter vegetables are traditional. I live in a US west small town and fresh has a wide interpretation, but I do what I can. Being able to mail order allows me to try new flavors and recipes.
I've been your fan for such a long time and always loved the episodes with your mom. Years ago, I lived in Alaska, far from family and your show always made me feel less lonely. (Surprisingly and gratefully, we had cable TV back then to connect with the lower 48). Thank you again. Sending holiday blessings!
