But the real gag is……….many of us that shared the same hue as him…….we knew. We just didn’t care. The man is a vocal ICON. REST WELL🙏🏾

His true fans knew he was gay but it was about astonishing R&B vocals. Not his personal life.

Awww Luther. Nothing could ever make me turn against you. My first concert was Luther Vandross and Debarge when I was ten years old. That was definitely the NIGHT I FELL IN LOVE 🥰

It's so sad how all this is playing out. Now, I am starting to feel bad about people like Brittney Spears and Justin Beiber. Before, I was like, "That's what happens to the rich that live a life like that." Now I see that they paid a price without concent that messed them up later in life.

I agree with Wendy. Patti should have declined that question. Even though he’s dead it’s still not her business to tell.

Simply a brilliant talent! 'Superstar', 'Take you out', 'Love me again', 'Too far down', 'Since I lost my baby'; these songs are masterpieces of artistry! And so many others! Luther's orientation belonged to him!! but I thank God for the music that he shared with us and the world! His gift of profection! RIP!
