Personal head canon:
I am assuming the second Centauran war happened in this future world.
After the Forman war, due to significance of the threat of Antares, they see it a necessity to ensure they never rise again. There were two ways to do this: destroy Antares to the point where they are a mainland Lacerta, or make the other Centauran countries stronger. They chose the latter due to sympathies to Antares (specifically to the son who defected I forgot his name). As a result they try to strengthen the other countries industries and ties to eachother so that Antares (or a country like them) may never rise again. They basically prop up all Centauran countries as well as their friendly relations to each other so much that intervention is unnecessary. As a result a growing population see Orion’s involvement in Centaura as unnecessary, and see the improvement of their own country as more important. As a result Orion turns isolationist. This also explains why in the second Centauran war Orion did not intervene. This was proven more by the fact that Riaa eventually beat down Antares. However, this war showed intrigue in the a new type of people, listening to the veterans of the Forman war. As a result this awoke a sense of patriotism and mix of Isolationism. This growing faction would soon turn more and more radical, their ideas of their national Orion saving the world would corrupt their minds. Their belief showed them the suffering of the world as they travelled, and ironically enough their isolationism turned into interventionism, seeing the suffering of the world. With this they began to believe Orion is necessary to save the world, that to ensure the spread of peace freedom and democracy it must be done through any means necessary. They would see the ideas if Antares, and sympathize with their leader Kalvin, reading stories and talking to whatever remains of survivors from the time of his rule. They would rationalize the fact that it failed is because Antares is not as perfect as Orion. Finally, this group would win the following elections. They would begin the “liberation of Forma” as their primary goal. Thus beginning this video.

Great video, I have a suggestion, you should try Ursa and all the other Ursan speaking places make a faction like CSTO and make them Fight the Compact or Solstice, think like Nordic Defense council if you played Hoi4 or like BF4 Russian Chinese alliance, this could happen in the 80s, 90s or 2000s, Even tho after the Forman wars Hydrus took Ursa as a territory, maybe shukshin (IS THAT A TNO REFERENCE????!!?!??!) did revolution or democratic vote for independence and did this.
