I just stumbled upon your tour, and can I just say how refreshing it is for you to show us your house, in the middle of being painted, not totally decked out with furniture that you won't use, etc, just for a tour!!!! Because of the abundance of natural lighting, you could use the formal dining room as a sitting room/reading room. Storing your books with bookcases and putting down some chairs is an idea! ❤️

Beautiful house! In the dinning room you should just put a nice dining room set maybe for entertaining, or just for decoration. The color of the kitchen cabinets is nice.

Nice that a deck on a porch can low screaming noise...? Nice house alot of planning it looks great the way it is wouldn't change anything. You can use the blinds in play room until you get curtains

Wow, I can't imagine having that much room! We bought our first house 20 some years ago and we're still in it unfortunately! It could fit in just a small portion of your lovely house. You are very lucky to be so blessed at such a young age!

Just a thought. My cousin and his wife have a floor plan so similar to yours. They opted to switch formal living and dining rooms. absolutely beautiful. They get endless compliments🤗🤗🤗
