such a cute I think you should take out the wall that separates the living room and kitchen it'll make it more welcoming and you could still talk with the people in the living room while cooking and you can add an island to have more counter space!

lovvveeee!! ok hear me out- that little kitchenette upstairs by the guest bedrooms can be a tea/coffee area for when you film in your book or when you have friends over! and maybe you could add like snacks and a some cute plants! i would redo the backsplash and paint the cabinets and do all new hardware! just a thought ❤️

This house is sooo cute and has so much potential in the areas you mentioned!! In the little kitchen nook you could keep the lower cabinets and sink and get rid of the upper cabinets and replace them with floating shelves for plants and it could just be a cute little plant area with a sink right there to water them!

I think you should keep the wet bar upstairs! Maybe update it but it’s perfect for your teas and cokes.. and could make it a coffee bar for your friends too. But also tuck some plants in it!

Congrats!!! It’s so cute! I’d keep the sink in the guest room and rip out the top cabinets and add floating shelves for plants or a tea bar! Plus, a sink in a makeup/studio room could be nice!
