i was a bit camera shy one of my first videos i made. 2% salt Sugar 2% ferment to weight of Fresno and water. cover and ferment for a week letting the gases escape every day and mixing it up for even ferment. strain reserve liquid and blend peppers with garlic in vita-mix adding the amount of liquid for your thincness level, viscosity of your liking add vinegar and sugar to balance the hot sauce. store in refrigerator and enjoy gets better with in a week more balanced notes. make sure to like follow and comment.
