I am seriously impressed with how respectful these Cornell students were. They actually had CONVERSATIONS when they disagreed rather than yelling and throwing tantrums. THIS is how political disagreement and debate should be. Kudos to you Cornell students!

Respect to all the Cornell students for being the most civil Q&A audience ever, especially those who disagreed with Ben.

Cornell has done itself proud. The setting, management; its top notch facilities. Thanks Cornell, the Wire, Ben.
Audience too. Polite civility. Informed listeners fans and, pointedly, dissenters. Really interesting Q&A. Will all this become a future norm for Maga Uni's.

I absolutely love these forums. These kids don't back down from their position, they have data or strong research and present their positions well. Being strong enough to bring these questions to Ben Shapiro and have a "good" discussion is the foundation for a strong American and highlights the power of Free Speech. Thank you!

What a breath of fresh air to listen to intelligent, honest, and good-faith debate.

👍Thank you Ben, for being one of the few sane and common sense voices out there.

wow! this is the first time I hear students from Cornell and I must say I am very impressed!
unlike the total idiots from Yale and Harvard, these guys are asking smart questions, they are keeping it short on various subjects, they are actually listening to the answers❤
and can we just all acknowledge that Ben is a fucking genius, like is there any subject that he's not well versed in?

That border bill was worse than Ben describes. It gave the president the discretion to close the border after 5000 encounters daily for a while. Discretion. Not mandatory to close the border. It would have codified "catch and release." That means actually make it part of the law, making "remain in Mexico" or any alternative policy impossible. The bill funded sanctuary cities and funded immigration lawyers for migrants at taxpayer expense It gave amnesty to a large number of migrants already here. The extra border patrol agents were not for the purpose of keeping migrants out, but to process more of them faster, before releasing them into the country. A terrible bill.

"Should people who identify as 'they/them' be able to vote multiple times?" What a legend.

Ben's comprehensive rebuttal to the "wealth gap" question was truly incredible. This dude's brain operates on a different frequency.

What Ben explained is exactly what is wrong with Washington DC. I don't like to admit it, but it's true.

Excellent point about the community of church! And very important details about government, social and political issues.

The most disturbing thing I've ever seen were the Antisemetic Protests allowed at Cornell last Spring. I was just there last week, and was glad to see the open quad again... I talked to a few of the Jewish students, and they assured me they felt safe... Praying...

Loved the speech and q&a being there, saw a lot more support for Ben than i thought I would (maybe about 33 - 50 percent), hope that more people are more accepting of Trump so he can win the popular vote via a redder New York.

So refreshing. This spoke well for the university. Students asking intelligent questions in a respectful manner.
