Fire Brigade taking 20 minutes to get there which is better than the ambulance in busy times and way better than the police. The funding has been cut so far that they can no longer be considered emergency services. They are more of a we will help if we can service.

How do these buildings catch fire? 1:05 shows a fire on the 17th floor of a high rise, but how does high temps cause a building to catch fire if it's not connected to a brush fire? Is it the electric grid overheating?
