When he was in power, drug addicts in the Philippines decreased, and some even turned their lives around. We could walk the streets without fear, even at midnight. Drug addicts feared the authorities back then. Now, they've returned, and many have fallen victim to robbery, rape even a baby, and murder. We want Duterte back.
