Purpose:
•To develop timing, agility and balance.

Procedure:
•Stand with one foot to one side of a line.
•Jump back and forth over the line in place on the ball of the foot.

Key Points:
•Keep foot under hips.
•Stay as close to line as possible.
•Knee is slightly bent with eyes and head up.
•Do not drag feet.
•Quick foot action.
•Exercise can be done laterally or forward to backward.
