I use diluted Dawn and water. A scrub brush. It comes right off my fence and patios furniture.

I have a bear fence that i am going to be putting a water sealer on. I don't want different color boards and only part of it needs to be treated for mold. I am still at a loss as to what to use so I don't have to treat my whole fence.

I usually just pressure wash the fence and green stuff comes off well.
