Man I feel like you got really lucky in terms of how everyone must have handled the package, the packaging was pretty poor.. I'd be nervous dropping it from waist height. However, it all came in one piece and works so awesome!

Thanks for all of your videos, they've helped a great deal! You seem to have a lot specifically about the Sony PVM-2030. I recently bought on from eBay for $160 shipped. I'm hoping it works! But I've watched all of your videos about them just to prepare myself when I get it. Anyway, someone else sold on locally for $100 but I missed out on it. Everywhere on eBay has it listed no lower than $600. I think it's the perfect size, as I bought an 8 inch PVM and it's a bit small. The 2030 seems to be a decent monitor. I was a bit bummed that it didn't have RGB coax input but I may have to make my own cable from the one it does have. It's weird, says "Sync on Green" Thanks again for the great informative work!

this unboxing video has me on the edge of my seat. My heart can't stand this kind of stuff. Are the corners a capacitor issue? When you tapped on it the screen shook, that's a sign there's a cold solder joint or some loose connection inside right?

Worst I ever did was pack a commodore 1702 with like 3 inches of bubble wrap snugly wrapped around, then padded in a box with more bubbles. Only because I was confident that was more than enough bubble wrap. It wasn't like that 2030 where it was basically strung around it loosely.
