4 servings day old jasmine rice

3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 inch ginger

White pepper/salt
Veggies:
1 zucchini
1 small onion
1.5 cups mushrooms
1 carrot
1 tosp avocado oil
1 tsp sesame oil

Splash rice vinegar
