NBC Poll: Trump increases lead over Biden, now up by 5 points

Former President Donald Trump increased his lead over President Joe Biden in a new national NBC News poll, now up five points in a hypothetical general election match-up. NBC News’ Aaron Gilchrist has more on how those polled felt the candidates compared across a number of issues.

What do you expect? After Biden cancelled the Keystone pipeline, oil prices soared at the pump, and groceries doubled. I’m not sure where they get their prices, I get mine at the grocery store.

I don’t like Trump or Biden. But I like Trump’s policies. And I'm impressed with his ability to speak coherently most of the time. I'm also impressed with his ability to walk versus shuffle. I will vote for Trump.

I worked for a polling contractor in the 90's. When you poll 80% democrats to 15% independent & 5 % conservatives....that is not an honest poll.

Everyone knows that if Trump was president now we wouldn't have half the issues we do. He is telling them to vote no because that bill wont include Remain in Mexico. That alone is a deal breaker.

I recently became a US Citizen (born and raised in Canada) and look forward to voting for President Trump in 2024. With all due respect to Democrats, I feel we need Trump to re-instate policies like increased border security. Also there were no wars under Trump.
