I get ready annoyed when these challenges are based on time and judges keep talking to them interrupting them. I would hate that if I was a contestant because it is a major distraction when you are in a time crunch.

I would love to see a scone element sometime... Esp with Royal baking powder as the sponsor. Too much baking powder in a scone just kills it and it is not a simple thing to bake.
