OK, the pangolin fencer is pretty sick, but the Irish fairy actually made a bigger impression on me. Based on what I see here, they do a decent balance of uniqueness and recognizability; I mean we got a French pangolin and, for once, a fairy who ACTUALLY shows will-o-the-wisp origins through her accent. These are tropes at this point just based on this trailer alone, but they do retain SOME uniqueness. I'm just really happy, for once, that I'm hearing a fairy with origins that respect folklore.

I like the way these characters look and have no problem with them. DoTA already has a few silly or cartoony characters, these fit in just fine.
