Battle of the Beaches: Bondi vs Manly, Sydney, Australia 🇦🇺

When visiting Sydney, two beaches stand out above the rest, but how do they stack up against each other?

Bondi can be a bit difficult to get to since there's no direct public transportation and Uber can be costly. Conversely, the ferry ride to Manly from the Circular Quay and past the Sydney Opera House cannot be beat. Bondi is iconic, made famous in part by the Baywatch-esque "Bondi Rescue" lifeguard show. It's a hipster haven where the people watching cannot be beat. Manly feels a little more local and laid back, lined with trees and parks. Both have spectacular, world-class surfing, long boardwalks, and great options to grab a bite after soaking in the sun.

The visit in this video was in the winter during low traffic and both stops were brief, but hopefully these short b-roll clips scratch the surface to help you decide which beach to visit. And if you can't choose, just do both!
