Crochet Scarf for Beginners (Take 3) | Easy Pattern to Crochet Scarf in 1 Hour!

Even though the Atreyu Crochet channel is for beginners, I think it's necessary to build upon the basics. The great thing about crocheting is that even the most complicated of patterns can still be broken down to the very basics of crocheting.

Don't ever approach a crochet pattern with doubt. Simply break down the pattern and approach it one stitch at a time. If a stitch is foreign to you, then find a YouTube tutorial on it, learn the stitch, and resume with the pattern. Although our starting point is that of a beginner, it is also true that that is not our destination.

The scarf is about 5 inches (14 cm) wide and 64 inches (162 cm) long; although, you should use dimensions that are suitable for you. That's why I didn't include them. I hope that helps everyone!

Hey, it's me again. I just got through watching the scarf tutorial right after the hat. Love it. Thank you. As I stated I've been crocheting since I was 12, and my husband passed on Dec 19, 2007. 2 yrs after his death I had been so down I started buying yarn whenever I went out. 🙃 To make it short, there werer some sick people at my church so I asked the Pastor if it would be alright if I started a Prayer Shawl Ministry and he said that was wonderful. The group we started have made and given out over 1000 shawls and still going. I think it saved.my sanity. I love that you hold your hook like I do. Not many do on YouTube .
