So it really don't hold up well in 4 season weather. Would love a Candy apple Red. My car has a Crystal red tintcoat. But I can't do any of that dip stuff. I don't have a bay I could do it in. Wish I could but doing outside would be just a waste of time an money

Interesting. I played with plasti-dip back in the day when it was new, but you couldn't do anything like this with it back then.

How long does it last before pitting/peeling?

Plasti dip is not an alternative for condoms. It seems like a good idea but dont do it guys.

This paint was first used by German taxi drivers, whose cars had to be a certain color. And when the taxi service was over, they simply removed it and sold a black Mercedes. Only 40 years later, the technology has finally reached the colonies.

Does this product have the same outcome over a matte or flat painted car? Meaning; will it adhere, as well as, peel off when needed?

Hello, just purchase new car and already have Matt finish(silver). Unfortunately already have some major scratches... just wonder do you do paint matching Matt color? Consider repaint with same color so avoid expensive dealers paint job.

How long will a shadow black last? And is it easy to care for, and will weather conditions effect this dip ?
