As a 57 year old woman with 2 APOE4 genes, I have been trying to implement lifestyle choices (i.e. zone 2 exercise, salmon/omega 3's/ sleep/ meditation) to combat / delay Alzheimer's onset. Thank you very much for all research and then education to public.

I also have the 2 APOE4 genes. I am making changes. My mom is in late-stage dementia now, and it is hard to watch.
