Dynamic Show/Hide fields on Flow Screen (Component Visibility)

Thanks Pratima. That is so good for dependent picklist field. I was looking for easy solution for one controlling field and multiple dependent fields. Do you have any video how to show Record type values as per Profile permission? or any other alternatives

Great Video. I am stuck at something related to this visibility condition. Here is my scenario -

1. I have a screen flow where I am bringing records using 'Record Choice Set' from Object ABC(Say names of the records XYZ, PQR, BCD, DAB) - It is a checkbox group type
a . I am doing 'choice label' as 'Name' and 'Choice Value' as id
b. I also want to use names (record name) so, I am also storing 'Name' in a Text Variable

2. My next screen field is dependent on my check box selection from above(I want it to visible when record name = XYZ)
a. Using visibility component setting, I used above 'check box group' = XYZ (I tried contains as well)
b. This field never showed up even my selection from above included 'XYZ'
c. Then If I try the condition as 'Check Box Group' = id of XYZ record, then it works but I want to be able to use 'Name' instead

What am I missing here? Appreciate your help -

Hi Pratima,

I want to hide a section in the screen flow based on record type ID. I tried it by storing the record type id in a text variable and then used it to set visibilty of the section but it is not working. Could you please suggest where am I going wrong?

Hi Pratima - I noticed that the operator you used is equal or greater than. I believe that this operator is no longer available OR is there a special setting that needs to be enabled?

I want to clone Account field value and his related object field value in some other Custom Object or some other screen. So is it possible using flow and if possible can you make a video on that?
