About how much Kelp should we take daily? I am using Kelp in a powder form... quite salty.. but I usually take a 1/4 tsp daily... Should I be taking more to be more effective?

I do eat Hemp seeds, Kelp, and Spirulina every day which I know are beneficial and are on the list. I add two tablespoons of hemp seeds to my organic gluten free oatmeal every day. The nice thing about hemp seed is that it doesn't taste bad and doesn't have a strong flavor so it blends with oatmeal very well. Enjoy!
