Well I was born the same year as MCR and my Emo phase began in 2015 when I was 14. I am now 20, still love 'emo' bands, wear black eyeliner, converse, band merch. I have never dyed my hair properly (makes it easier to get a job) but it has always been quite choppy. What matters more than the aesthetic is that I like to learn different 'emo' guitar and piano pieces.

I had an emo phase in middle school from 2009-2012 and can say these were all accurate 😂 now I am in my mid 20's and miss the nostalgia of the late 2000s and early 2010s!
