Hey, all you female diva vocalists out there who all sound the same despite great voices and need fifty dancers surrounding them -- this is what someone who is a total original, doesn't sing absolutely perfectly but has that reality in her voice, sounds like. This is not a singer...this is an extraordinary artist. No lasers, no smoke machines, just musicians who can play excellently. That's all Lucinda ever needs and she does the rest. She keeps the tradition of what rock represents as an exciting genre. And in her hands -- it's alive and well. Thanks, KEXP -- great showcase.
