One of my all time favorite movies. Sometimes I get a glass of my wine and close the shutters, put the DVD in and put put my legs up on the recliner. My time.❤

Seeing Al Lettieri laughing and having fun is freaking me out, one of the best on-screen bad guys.

One of the best YouTube videos I've ever seen. A legend such as Steve McQueen in the midst of genuine inmates of a Texas penitentiary keeping things down to earth. Same with the locals. Gotta love it. Rest in peace, King of Cool. I'm 69 now and this young boy loved seeing your films as a kid.

What a great movie this was. I saw it in Ecuador in 79, even that this movie was showed in 72, McQueen was loved in my country because, he was a cool bad ass actor.

Thanks so very much for posting these great pics.As much of a "pain in the ass" as Steve McQueen was often purported to be, it's nice to see he had a soft side as well...

A simple plot, but
For some reason it's
my favorite McQueen
movie.
2 people running against
The wind, in a way it
Reminded me of my
Wife, and myself in
our youth".

When I was stationed in Okinawa, Japan back in 1974-75 in front of Gate Two of Kadena Air Base just about every shop you went in had a pic of Steve.  They really loved him over there.
