Vishwa, a bright university student from Colombo, finds himself at odds with his
traditional parents, who struggle to understand his intense focus on his computer.
His mother, worried about his obsessive behavior, feels disconnected from his world,
while his father proudly supports Vishwa's academic pursuits, despite not fully
understanding them.
As Vishwa's vacation comes to an end, he urgently requests a laptop to aid his
studies, leading his parents to sacrifice their valuables to fulfill his need. Back at his
hostel, Vishwa immerses himself in a secretive and highly lucrative online activity,
which he eventually reveals to his close friend Oshadha as internet money trafficking.
Oshadha, concerned about the moral and legal implications, urges Vishwa to stop,
fearing severe consequences.
Despite Oshadha's warnings, Vishwa remains undeterred, driven by the allure of
easy money. The tension escalates when a mysterious man in a black suit arrives at
the hostel, leading to a sudden, ominous gunshot as Vishwa opens the door.
