Tips for working out from Fail Army
1: never do anything around lights. Ever.
2: always tie long hair up into a bun
3: if its gonna be stupid, film it
4: if you're going to be throwing something, maybe do it outside in a field
5: make sure your equipment is appropriately attached to the floor
6: spotters. Please for the love of god use spotters.
