I GOT FINED FOR FLYING TOO HIGH | DJI FPV 400M DIVE #ILLEGAL

I am sure your laws are different but I would research it. In America you can fly higher than the law states as long as you are next to a tower or building because in those aircraft will not be flying that low and also so tower and building inspections can be done.

Worth the shot, I'd may 350 euros to dive the tallest structure in a country. At least it wasn't a unreasonable fine like 50, 000 dollars or euros.

It's kind of ridiculous that a flight height limit applies when flying right next to a structure. Any aircraft in the area, which are possible to hit, will have much larger issues than a kwad.

In future if you get a window to get a particular shot, take the window, get the shot, then apply for the permit before you post the video anywhere.

In the USA the maximum height we are allowed to fly is 400 feet but if you are flying over an object say like a building / tree then it’s the height on the object plus 400 feet. So a 300 foot tall tree would allow you to flight up to 700 feet technically

luckily in uk the allowed hight mesures from the top of the structure you were diving. 400ft/150 mtrs from the top of the tower and to its sides as flight exclusion zone around the tower for civilian planes work of the same pronciples.

Someone defenetly rated you out. I had the same issue in Croatia. They told me in the CAA that someone rated me out. And the only place I posted was in a local FPV group xD. FPV community is one of the worst considering this question.
