I made this vlog a few weeks ago but am just getting around to posting it now! If you follow my Instagram account you very well might have heard me talking about "SP2" or seen me tag "SP2 Life" in some of my stories. But in a nut shell SP2 is a RAW fORM of spirulina. Yeah I know you have heard of spirulina in that B.S. pill FORM. Like anything processed it looses almost all of its value. SP2 Life is picked direclty from the sea, washed and frozen. The thing is you need to keep it frozen till its time to use it. THAT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING.
