you don’t need a kneeling pad, grab a pillow or a yoga mat 🤷‍♀️

I hate to step on anyone's toes here but self watering pots will actually kill your plants! Plants don't "regulate" their water intake by only drinking when they need it. If there's water available your plant will drink and overwater itself. So if you water and let it sit for 15-20 mins and then empty it you'll be fine! unfortunately it won't decrease the watering frequency you need, but it will decrease fungus gnats:)
