i love everything about this bike except for the integrated lights and battery. threaded BB, external cables, plenty of mounts, all great features that i want on my bike. i just dont understand why they didnt make the electronics removable.

these videos are exceptionally high quality & very helpful as a purchaser.

It looks like a cool bike but I am not sure about the lights and radar technology built on the bike. When the battery goes bad or if the rider does not like the lights…they are stuck with them. And the five hours of run time with the battery is scary since the battery will get weaker over time.

Excellent overview. I am planning to purchase a Synapse RLE 2 after I return to USA in about 3 months. Need a replaceement for my Scattani CFR with Ultegra 6600 which is 19 years old. Love that bike but time to move on. Next year I will ride the Stellaronda in the Dolomites of Italy and do a tour of Germany ride. Wish I could take off the headlight but I should be able to adapt. Adapt or Die! Subcribed too.

I have been riding a synapse for 5 or 6 years. (age 70) I like the more upright position. I am not fast to begin with but will the fatter tires run slower? I like the idea of a more stable ride and the radar.

bought the 3L last month. At Mikes in Sactown. Happy. Just wish I could determine whether the wheelset can be switched to tubeless.

Does anyone know if it has the 6mm offset Ai rear wheel? Or does it use a standard wheel? Very frustrating, no information in the video, literature, or at best the information about it having a 6mm offest is conflicting, some say yes, some say no. I can't upgrade the wheels if I don't know the offset. This is a bummer. As a matter of fact, I don't know if I want to buy the bike if it has this 6mm offset. If I were to look at used Cannondale Hollogram wheelsets, I would need to know if they came from a bike with the 6mm offset, or if they did not. And when I inquire if the used wheelset has an offset, the owners don't seem to know. It's very confusing. It makes me want to buy a bike with a Standard offset so that I can buy Standard wheels.

I'm buying a Bianchi, Colnago or a Pinarello. Just a few hundred more for some Colnago and Pinarello models. Many Bianchi bikes for the same price or less. Too many unneeded items and most with Tiagra.... No thanks.

The addition of the electronics is the only thing preventing me from purchasing this bike.
