Easy Scalloped Potatoes Recipe

This recipe for scalloped potatoes is only 7 ingredients. It really doesn't get any easier than this.

Combine:
1. 4-5 lbs potatoes peels and sliced to about 2mm slices
2. 2/3 lb sharp cheddar cheese grated (use half first)
3. 2 cups milk combined with 2 tablespoon flour first
4. 3 tablespoon melted butter
5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Cover with foil and bake 375F for 45 min
7. Uncover, add rest of grated cheddar.
Broil 500F for 20 min.
Enjoy! Eat! .

I added my own twist to the recipe. I added onion, garlic and paprika. I topped it off with some smoked Gouda cheese . Yummy !

I've never had boxed scalloped potatoes, but your way is a lot like how my mama use to make hers. Only difference is she'd add a little fresh grated nutmeg. Good video! Simple and to the point! Loved the speed shots of your chopping!! =D
