I’m so tired of everyone acting like Glock is the only reliable handgun ever created.
If reliability was the only thing to consider we’d all be carrying revolvers.
XD, CZ, Sig, M&P, Steyr m9A2, and others are every bit as reliable. A 1911 is my truck pistol and a XD 9 subcompact is my EDC. Shoot what you like…as long as you’re carrying it’s all good!

once i got my canik rival i got rid of all 4 of my glocks, now in days most companies pistols are just reliable as glocks with better triggers better grip, glocks are just reliable junk to me anymore, love that trigger on my canik rival

When I bought my Glock 23, about 20 years ago, it wasn't my first hañd gun, maybe my third one. I took it to a local gunsmith before taking it home. He polished the trigger mechanism to 3 pounds ànd installed iridium sighs. It is the most accurate of the half dozen hand guns l have owned.

Between Garand Thumb and Honest Outlaw, I'm convinced the M&P M2.0 is the most reliable pistol ever made lol. Topped Garand's frozen test, and absolutely dominated their mud test, and Honest Outlaw allegedly left one out in the elements all winter and it fired immediately.

The PDP did not do well in muddy test. They had to do MORE than the actual test to get the M&P to fail lol. It was the ONLY gun that performed flawlessly after being drenched in mud. The Desert Eagle was a close second via sheer brute force.

The PDP deserves top spot on this list-I agree. I'll also add that Canik and Springfield should have been squeezed on as well. I know it doesnt get much love, but my Springfield XDM Elite 10mm has close to 1000 rounds through it (some really good ammo, but mostly crap aluminum cased Blazer) with no issues whatsoever. I even once accidentally loaded some 10 mil into my 45 mags (I own both) and and it still functioned perfectly. Same is teu of my 45, except i only have about 200 rounds through it.

This is straight from the box with no lube or cleaning yet. I trust them both with my, and my families lives.

Bought my first glock 23 when I was 21! I'm 54 now and never had an issue with it! Now my EDC for two years is the glock 29! 10mm just seems to be the right fit! That being said I do have many others! Such as 4 Caniks, Hellcat, and S&W! But glock is my go to!
