My Dad used to help his Nana make holiday ravioli, about 300, in my Grandparents basement. That would be for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Thanks for reminding me of that story from the Depression Era.😊

I'd eat at a place called the Pasta Dungeon 😂

Note to self: You can't make pasta in Sweden. Not any time of the year.

No AC running up here north of the 48th. Lots of snow, however.

Tucson Arizona is generally dry except during the Monsoon months.

Don't need to have to worry about that in New England. I've not had to worry, even in supper with AC going.

Usually when I see vents up high like that, they’re returns, not outflow. At least in my house all the vents that are pushing air into the room are on the floor, the vents up high are return vents.

Sounds like I should have the pasta water boiling much sooner....

If I had a pasta dungeon I'd still need a guanciale dungeon and an nduja dungeon.

Wouldn't your air vents have adjustable air flow controls so both you and Eva can compromise?

🤔♨️ I wonder if a humidifier would also help.

Just get a clear plastic magnetic deflector 😉

What about using a humidifier in the kitchen. Maybe then you don’t need to turn off the AC?

I have the opposite problem in Massachusetts. In the winter my doughs do not rise as well because my air is drier and cooler than it is in the summer.
