If u don’t have glue or activator: Mix clay with hot water and then break it all up when ur done mixing it, and then mix it with shaving cream, you can pour the water out if ur mixing in a small bowl or container, and when u mix in your shaving cream pick it up with your hands and play with it which will make it activate more

EDIT: you can use air dry clay which will be a better option, I don’t know what happens when you use clay instead.
