My mom taught me the baking soda/burnt pot trick 30 yrs ago. Yes, it doesn’t smell great, but it works (we didn’t use lime or other acid, though).
I forgot about the upside down container method for cake, lasagna, pie, anything solid. Thank you for the reminder.
