I was born and raised in Mt.Shasta and it was pretty cool to have all these folk legends and weird stuff around me. Back in the 1980's and 1990's Mt. Shasta was half sixties, hippy, New Age burn outs and half blue collar mine and lumber workers and farmers, pretty much everybody got along. The hippy types came there because the mountain was seen as being on a earth energy ley line, there used to be like four different crystal and New Age shops there in that small town. I've seen strange lights in the sky and my great grandfather when he died left me a Rosicrucian book on Lemuria.

had a backpack disappear from Mt Shasta while setting up my tent 23 years ago, literally was 2 feet away from me, turned around and was gone.

I've hiked Mt. Shasta once, on an unmarked trail. The entire hike was silent and we saw no animals or any other people. It was eerie.

It's my day off. It's cold and rainy outside but I'm in bed binge watching The Why Files. Later, I'll get some dinner delivered. Such a great day off.

This is now officially my favorite channel. At first, I thought that Hecklefish would be cheesy, but he's not; he actually asks good questions and is pretty awesome!

The Himalayan Mountains are other sacred entrances that leads to AGARTHA and the ancient city of Shamballa that use to be a floating city before the cataclysm 14, 000yrs ago.

I have lived in Mt. Shasta for 21 years. There is palpable spiritual energy here and it is considered a holy mountain and the base chakra of the world by many worldwide. I've seen UFOs, huge lights on the mountain at night and other strange things. I love living here. Thanks for your excellent video on the mountain.

I am 4th generation to here in the north end of the Sacramento Valley. Mt. Shasta is clearly visible from my home town. I grew up seeing the lenticular clouds about the mountain, they could be quite spectacular to see at sunset. Never saw any odd lights on the mountain. My grandfather as a young man herded sheep up to the high meadows of Trinity and Shasta counties in spring time. He never heard or seen a bigfoot or anything else odd while up there. Only thing my great-grandfather, grandfather and his brothers witnessed was the giant mystery airship that was travelling up the coastal Mountain range in the 1890s.

So glad you did Mt. Shasta. Long before Google filtered their results there used to be a plethora of information regarding Shasta. Ranging from artifacts from the local native community to artifacts that far exceed the age of the natives themselves. Even images of secret pathways and their current boarded up state. I miss the old Google search results.

I love that even when an episode of yours scares the crap out of me, you turn it around and restore some peace within me, reminding us we need to grow up as a society and work together. I truly believe there is good in the world and we can make a change if we make that effort. Sadly it seems we have many, many years of work to do. But we have to keep trying. Thank you!

Driven by Shasta many times in the late night. The occasional cloud formations around the peak during a moonlit night are absolutely beautiful and otherworldly. No other place like it.

I lived here for a long time and heard all the stories. Eventually, I camped almost nightly on Mount Shasta and saw lots of weird activity in the sky. I would call friends to come up and witness it all and had group sightings of UFOs many times. I've also seen unmarked low flying military style craft with loud blue afterburners but no running lights. Seemed like it was flying maybe 200 ft above the tree tops really slow. Bizzare stuff on the regular.

I was born in Mount Shasta, my grandmother was an aircraft spotter during WW2. Lots of stories from her about wingless, silent aircraft.

I drove through there on I-5 every month between Oregon and California. It's beautiful, but you also feel this eerie sensations about that mountain. And yeah, the clouds formation over that mountain always looks weird.
