Socom is the best team play game ever made. It took a team to beat a team.

Two things you don't see in today's shooter games. The old socom 2 style "Servers" and "Communication" to another level.

The games of today lack that the simple ability to jump into any room that you choose to play in. Not some random map or the end of someone else's game. Like, What's was wrong with playing Ruins all day? Or jumping in a room named ff, dg, cr. Remember those?

The communication was some of the best I've ever experienced in online gaming as well. We used to talk strategies, direction of clan and even kick it for all hours of the night. Also, you would get voted for not having a mic while playing. Clans were born and built this way. It was the foundation of great clans and What made the socom community what it is today. You connected with everyone.

I miss my game. Now, I'm just a gamer without a game. I get quick fixes here and there but nothing really satisfying.

Heck ya I would play Socom. Confrontation was probably the best one besides S2. Battle royal is so boring.

Socom was the first 3rd person shooter I ever played online. Yes Please! I miss Socom!

I would love to see it. Socom was my favorite shooter ever. It really felt like teamwork. I used to have so much fun with my friends on PS3 playing it.

The original Socom was so sick I don't know why they even changed it only thing they needed to do was upgraded as far as Maps weapons and maybe a multiplayer option

All they need to do is take cues from CSGO. Socom 1 and 2 took cues from CS1.6 and that's what everyone loved. It was a hardcore competitive game with really well designed maps with a focus on the game modes. I would pay a hand and foot to play an authentic Socom game again.

Just remaster SOCOM 1, 2, & 3 & I'll be happy. A new game is iffy considering the fact that the last SOCOM game was nothing like SOCOM

As one of the 1st original 500 gamers to log onto the first SOCOM. And SOCOM II and SOCOM III. (Tried SOCOM IV and I would say it is the main reason people don't want it back.) Yes 👍. Bring it back!!! Bring it back!!! NO GAMERS LEFT BEHIND! Battlefield and Call of Duty murdered everyone else! Past time for vengeance. Besides with competition like those guys you gotta make a SOCOM game now, or why would you even bother to open your mouth and speak on it! Man up, or is it still Man Down????
