Run Pandas, Numpy and Pyplot in Visual Studio Code 1.40.2

Visual Studio Code 1.40.2 is already installed with Anaconda distribution 2019.10.
Just start the Anaconda Navigator and Launch Visual Studio Code 1.40.2
Open the python code and in Visual Studio Code 1.40.2 window.
Click Run to execute the code.

do not worry friends, the solution is just to write to the console in powershell write "pip install numpy"
