I would rather buy a unit in a good location than a house in Wagga Wagga where incomes are low and healthcare is poor. The argument for land appreciation isn't true depending on where that land is. I see myself owning probably 3 investment unit properties by 2034, and target $150, 000 in growth ETF stocks by 2028, $200, 000 ETF stocks by 2031 and $250, 000 ETFs by 2034.
