Exploring a $12,000,000 ABANDONED Mega Mansion | HUGE Indoor Pool

This mega mansion was constructed in 1976 with 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with a massive indoor pool. This place seems to have been abandoned around 2010. It’s is said that the family last to live here were from China who had successful businesses around the area. But somehow they lost it all and had to sell the house. It was then bought by a developer who possibly has plans to demolish the house or remodel. Today it’s sits abandoned with many things left behind! Hopefully this beautiful home can be saved an enjoyed again. There’s really much else we could find out about the family but nonetheless we are ready to show you what’s left!

Aside from the pink carpets, that architecture was ahead of its time, the trimmings, tiling, stone work, big open areas... amazing!!!

if i was rich i would buy and restore this house literally so beautiful all the tiny details i noticed like the sinks with the flowers and all the pink detailing this is like my dream house i can imagine in it in its prime in the late 70’s absolutely beautiful

You can always look up the records through any real estate or city records. But as soon as I saw the design in the floor I knew I had an idea of who that house may have belonged to. Those leaves in the floor are quite significant and most UN ambassadors or representatives have them in their homes. The garden by the kitchen was for fresh herbs for cooking. Many rich Aisian homes have them or used too. The rooms off the side of the kitchen were for the servants or chef quarters

I love this house. If I had money, I’d buy it and renovate it. I’d keep the wood and natural stone. I actually like the pool area. Quite amazing. I love the courtyards too. This house would be great with some solar panels and new technology. It has so much natural light.

Beautiful house, thank you for showing it. I hope they don't turn it down, it can be updated and converted into a hotel or something. It's a gem! The lighting, the wood work, the architecture... just amazing! It's also a shame the abandonment and the vandalism.

Very cool house! The stairs from the kitchen to the second floor was most likely the maids living quarters. Gives the maid direct access to the kitchen. That's why the bathroom wasn't as fancy. The panel with the switches on the wall probably told the maid which area she was being called to. Fun fact, those weren't broken records on the floor. Those were "Laser Discs" . Before there were DVD's or Blue-Ray you had Laser Discs for high quality video. Great video guys!!

Amazing house!!! I always try to picture in my mind what these abandoned places were like when they were lived in. The birthday parties, holidays, family gatherings, children runnung around playing and jumping in the pool, etc... all the memories that were made in this house are etched into their minds forever. I'm shocked people haven't stolen the TV, record player, equalizer and the other electronic stuff left behind. I'm also surprised young kids haven't ripped the iPad out of the wall. Maybe they tried but couldn't get it out... thank you sm for the tour! ❤

Top notch for mid 70's build for sure. Ultra contemporary with the diagonally set slats on the wall, sky lights in the living room floor to ceiling windows with some at 45 degree slants. The architectural vocabulary of this mansion was amazing . The previous owners spent a pretty penny having that house designed and built to modern for the day arch specs . Once again an amazing find and a crying shame if it is scheduled to be torn down. I would live there and rehab the place in a heart beat . Glad that you were able to document it before it's gone .

This house is a unique treasure and should definitely be preserved. It appears to be nicely built and I would imagine can withstand the elements for years to come. Especially for the fact that's it's partially underground. I wish I could afford to buy and restore/renovate it. I would in a heartbeat for sure. I mean who has his/hers master tubs???? 😭

Absolutely beautiful. I sure hope the bank sells it to someone who can restore it. I can't stand when people damage other people's property. This is by far the nicest place I have seen. I love the pool area. ❤

This house is absolutely stunning. It was built the year I was born (76). I didn't think 70's houses could be that extravagant. Most of the abandoned houses i've seen explorers go into from the 70's era definitely don't look like this one. It had so much sunlight and so many unique features that it made it such an awesome explore. I've always wondered why teenagers feel the need to destroy properties and bust out windows. I mean, does it make them feel good or what? I will never understand. Thank you for the tour of this great house. I love it!
