Excel opens minimized - How to solve

Here is a short how-to video, showing you the way to solve one annoying issue: Excel opens up minimized or at a very small size, no matter how you previously closed it.
There are two solutions presented in the video, with the second being most likely to solve even if everything else fails.
Once applied Excel will remember to open up maximized or to the size you closed it.

Thank you very much. Deleting the two registry keys was the fix I needed for this problem using Excel 2021 today.

Wow...The first option did not work for me. I was hesitant to attempt the second option because it required deleting. After I searched google and found another tutorial that had the same steps for the second option. It worked perfectly...
