Excellent review of these, the most common beginners kit on the market. I am sure Pablo will enjoy them. Very nice of you.👍🦊

Great review Roy. Not a set I've ever had but who doesn't secretly love the James bond kit 😀👌

Thanks for sharing Roy I always like a review when you know the kit works

Weird, I commented here last night and it's disappeared?
Anyway, this was my first kit, by LockCowboy bought from Amzn.
When I got it, I didn't know that you had to take off the sharp edges and smooth them out - so initially I thought that the set was rubbish.
Anyway, great review, and I would recommend a beginner to get it. Especially for the plastic locks.
All the Very best to you and yours mate 👍 🍻🍻🍻
PS Have a great weekend 🥂🍾

Excellent review mate. I hope your mate gets interested in locksport. Probably be more encouraging to beginners if the picks were smooth straight out the packet, but if you can do some sanding then these picks will work well for a beginner. Cheers

Fair review my friend. I think this is perfect for a beginner.
I had got a similar set when I started. I wasn't sure if I would like picking, or if I could even do it for that matter lol and didn't want to blow to much cash.
Hopefully Pablo sees the video 👍🏻👍🏻
Take care Roy

Looks exactly like the same set from lock cowboy, my first set. As you say, ok for beginners. I have the snowman, city take and that other "thing" lol. The city take is worth keeping for shit locks as it's bigger than the lawlock city take from the ridgeback set so I have two different city rakes for that reason. Good review Roy, nice and honest, good or bad. Sorry I missed this before 🤜🤛👍😁

That one is called a ramp or ramped rake.

Well hell yeah!! Very cool review man!👏👏🔥😎. Well covered! I need to order something from em so maybe I can get a UKLockpickers sticker😝. No shame here. Think they have a couple small tools I’m lacking.

The thing at 6:26. Why does it have a long protruding part at the other end?

I have one of those and do not understand it.

I can turn the key half way in any direction, and then the protruding bit can turn the lock. The key is stuck.

I can turn the key all the way in any direction, and then I can't turn it anywhere. The key can come out.

It does not work like you'd expect a normal lock to work. I do not understand when it's supposed to be locked and unlocked.

I bought the kit w see thru lock and bunch of tools. It’s been four day and I still haven’t opened the lock by picking. Non of the tools work. Ive used tensioners, rakes, single picks, ….. The pins never lock upward. Maybe the acrylic body is bent. The actual key that it came with works the lock fine. I may have been sold an un-pickable lock by accident in lock picking kit. Just my luck.

Tried the tools on three other locks. One opened once and never again.

I am not enjoying this hobby….
