I myself use chatGPT for learning, and I feel like it does well at that. When it's something minor I just ask it right away, but I usually ask it to tell me what should I search so I can learn for myself (like the topics of quantum physics for example).

Speaking of AI, for 3 months, my friend (who will go unamed) spent all of his time on AI. Specifically, Character AI. Me and our mutual friends would try to get him off and talk to him, but he would respond with "I'm character AI-ing" or just straight up ignoring it.

He would even ignore me. I was celebrating their birthday party with them. I was sitting next to him. But he was ignoring me and he was on Character AI doing whatever he was. I didn't care about what he did on Character AI anymore. I just wanted my friend back. I just wanted to talk to him again.

He would be online, sometimes. But he wouldnt even message much. It felt horrible. We were best friends for over 6 years, but I got completely replaced by AI.

It's so sad and horrible how things like this can even happen. I feel like people are just relying more on AI for their loneliness.

UPDATE, 5.10.23:

I talked him out of it a month after this comment, and we're alright now. He's stopped using character ai all the time and we can ACTUALLY make plans now. (We plan to hang out later this week!)

I'm just glad he's still with me LOL

To clear some things up... No, he wasn't using it for the 'down bad reasons' ... I hope. It was mostly just roleplaying stuff (NOT THAT ROLEPLAY EITHER!!) WHICH I UNDERSTAND!! Cause I for one, love roleplaying. I play D&D. Its just that he was spending all his time with ai instead of the actual people in his life.

13:47 Programming does NOT come naturally for AI chatbots. An AI always only knows what's in its training data or what you tell it (if it has some sort of memory). So, if I would train my own ChatGPT on only poems and ask it to make a website for me. It would be unable to do so, because all that it knows is how to write a poem.

14:22 This assumption is just wrong. If you read the description at 14:11 it clearly says that the script just an encryption and decryption tool. It does not generate keys for hackers to decrypt your encrypted data. (for everyone, that says it generates keys: this is only to encrypt something unencrypted) In fact, if you encrypt your data, you are using a similar program to this.

ChatGPT seems kinda hard to jailbreak, since it’s so soft. I once tried to have it help me write a story about a man that kills spiders but it insisted I write a story about a man that helps spiders instead. I think that they should make it less softer, but also increase its resistance and security on giving bad or illegal content. That way more good will be done with it.

A lot of times that I've used AI, it just makes stuff up because it's AI and it doesn't actually know anything, it just generates answers that are based on what people would say, and obviously, people aren't always right. Also it's annoying when people say AI images are art, because art is self-expression and AI has no self to express so what it makes is not art. I feel like it's not AI we have to worry about, it's the way that people use it to spread lies, scam people, or other bad things.

Nice video but there are some things that i dont like/have errors:
-Title is clickbait, the video is more about people abusing AI than AI abusing people (the minecraft one is an exeption)
-Italy banned GPT for only 1 month, not forever
-Programming Language is computer language, not how it connects to others.
However I still enjoyed the video (like all of the other documentaries you made, they are well made) and you're probably the best documentary channel on this platform compared to all those depressing ones without any moral (*coof coof* moon *coof coof*).
Keep it up and can't wait for your next vid :)
