If my bike is just battling to shift from 5 to 6 at the back (one cog smaller) but all other gears shift fine, how many .2mm increments would you say I set it?

Dave, remove that useless & possibly dangerous spoke protector. It's not fit for a $50 child's bike, never mind a decent bike with Ultegra di2.
