He then went on to do a post-doctoral research fellowship in Montpellier, France. Following this, he came back to Calgary for medical school, where he met his future partner at the ANC, Dr. Sam Chhibber. After medical school he started his neurology residency in Calgary (the same program as Dr. Chhibber).

Hey doc, from my experience migraines are triggered based on tolerance levels. This is why even if you do something that may trigger it you sometimes dont get it.

You need to "overdoze" on the risk factor(s) to have it begin. However I do not know if this migraine buildup ever goes down on it's own without first actually triggering it so the body starts to fight back vs it afterwards. You guys should know about it better.

My strong triggers I noticed is:

1.Emotional Stress,

2.Processes foods and all the garbage fake sugars, salt and fat they use in factories (But they have billion other health problems and needs a govermental crackdown worldwide)

3."Stinging" Odours for the lack of a better word (Things like onion, garlic, hot peppers being cooked etc.)

4. Weather pressure changes (I recently found it out so I found this video) Not sure how you can even prevent this...

Long/High enough exposure to these start building up the migraines for me and once it goes over the tolerance level it begins. I am afraid as I grow older the tolerance level will get lower and I start getting more migraines...

My neurologist doesn’t really believe in weather induced migraines. Throws riza at me and tells me to cope.

Thanks for this explanation and advice.

I learned a lot of new stuff from this video, but it also leaves me with so many questions in regard to my situation. I'm still waiting to see a neurologist in my area.
