We are originally from the south i wonder why you didn't mention Mustard Greens we actually eat mustard on our greens with Vinegar and we cook them with rendered fat from salt pork fatback. Which is incredible seasoning for greens and beans

We are buying a 14.35 acre parcel of Land 6 miles South of fort Kent Maine i wonder what plants will grow this far north i know the local staple crops Potatoes and Blueberries & Carrots though i wonder what else might grow 🪴 also the previous owners scraped away the top soil off our land. 😢 I wonder if i could find a farmer needing to dump biological plant matter on to my property for the sake of creating new top soil? Would that strategy work for me?
