Awesome thanks, gives me insight to an issue I have but also the Hackmotion which I also have. Interesting that you had too much Flexion as it's something I really struggle with ie Green Light at the Top but Red or Amber on impact. Thanks for the video.

Took me over 600 swings to get my first green on impact. Now my shots are so pure as long as I stay within the parameters

Respectfully... are you mixing your 'flexion' and 'extension'? Or are you being clear about whether it's the outside or inside of the wrist that's extended/flexed?

On the lead hand, isn't coming back too much on inside a consequence of over extending the outside of the wrist/over flexing the inside of the wrist?
Some clarity here would be much appreciated
